Investigate why its not working with FireFox 70....

Hi Phil,

thank you for your nice program! I have only one issue:

With setting "activate window on mouse scroll" set to ON this works fine in all windows - except for Firefox 70. Scrolling window unter mouse works with Firefox, but Firefox does not get the focus.

Is this only on my Windows 64 or can you see the same on your PC?
