When using Mousetrap's profile, I found the following issue with layer modifier keys...

Ctrl = layer2

Alt = layer 3

CTRL+ALT+DEL (SAS screen) -> Cancel -> press ctrl or alt and it sticks on that layer, does not release it (untill pressing the other layer modifier key)
