More of a question than a bug, but the answer may expose a bug!

If scroll action(s) is/are set to SAME AS DEFAULT where does it get the Ignore Repeated Horizonal/Vertical scroll options from?

Where does it get it from, the current profile or the default profile?
And how *should* it work?!
