Test in 2.21 Beta 36/37

1. Crash when unlocking/restoring from sleep

2. Jiggle Timer does not appear to be working (to defeat Windows activity timer) and logs too much/too often.

3. Audio endpoint debug log corrupt (maybe thats part of the crash?)
